Ayaro — Privacy Policy

Ayaro is an app for independent jewelers to manage inventory, customers, sales and repairs. Ayaro is made by Pulad Labs (Emre Polat, Istanbul, Türkiye), which is the controller of the data described here.

Data we collect

• Account: your email address, for sign-in.
• Business data you enter: products and stock, customers (name, phone, email, address), sales, payments, repairs and optional photos.
• Camera: used only to scan barcodes and to take product photos. Barcode scans are not stored; product photos you take are uploaded to your account's storage.
• Technical: basic session and diagnostic information needed to run the service.

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide the app's features: showing you your data, producing receipts and invoices, and fetching the gold price. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Google Firebase: hosting and app distribution.
• GoldAPI: live gold price. No personal data is sent.
• Google Play: if paid plans are offered, billing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive your card details.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time with Delete My Account in the app.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, including under GDPR and Turkish KVKK. Contact us for any request.

Children

Ayaro is a business app and is not directed at children.
