1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to all apps made by Pulad Labs (Emre Polat, Istanbul, Türkiye): Ayaro, Clearly, Rayyan and BlockFit, and to this website. By installing or using an app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Ayaro is a paid business service and also has its own Terms of Service and Refund Policy (accounts, free trial, subscriptions, gold prices, invoices). Where they differ from these terms, Ayaro's own terms apply to Ayaro.

2. License

You may install and use our apps on your own devices. The apps, their artwork, sounds, text and code remain the property of Pulad Labs and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them, except where the law allows it.

3. Fair and lawful use

Do not use our apps to break the law, to access other people's data, or to disrupt the apps or the services they rely on. In games, do not use cheats, bots, modified versions or exploits. We may remove scores or restrict access if these rules are broken.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions in our Android apps are processed by Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Purchased items have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Ayaro web subscriptions are processed by Creem under Ayaro's own terms.

5. Advertising

BlockFit is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. You can manage ad personalization in the game under Ad preferences and in your device settings. Our other apps show no ads.

6. Guidance in our apps

Some apps give practical guidance. Please treat it as help, not a guarantee:

• Clearly suggests pool and hot tub chemical amounts and photo-based tips. Always read and follow the product label, handle chemicals safely, and check results with a new test before swimming. Photo diagnosis is generated by AI and can be wrong.
• Rayyan calculates prayer times and the qibla direction from your location and the method you choose. Results can differ slightly from your local mosque; follow your local authority when in doubt.
• Ayaro shows an indicative gold price from a third-party provider. Always verify prices before you sell.

7. Third-party services

Our apps use services such as Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob, Firebase, Supabase, Sentry, Anthropic, Aladhan and OpenStreetMap. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features or apps at any time. We may also update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. No warranty and limited liability

Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Pulad Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under the laws of the country where they live.
