Ayaro: Jewelry Store & POS

An app for independent jewelers to manage inventory, customers, sales and repairs.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, for sign-in.
• Business data you enter: products and stock, customers (name, phone, email, address), sales, payments, repairs and optional photos.
• Camera: used only to scan barcodes and to take product photos. Barcode scans are not stored; product photos you take are uploaded to your account's storage.
• Technical: basic session and diagnostic information needed to run the service.

How we use it

Only to provide the app's features: showing you your data, producing receipts and invoices, and fetching the gold price.

Service providers

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Google Firebase: hosting and app distribution.
• GoldAPI: live gold price. No personal data is sent.
• Google Play and, for web subscriptions, Creem (merchant of record): payments. We do not receive your card details.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time with Delete My Account in the app.

Children

Ayaro is a business app for adults and is not directed at children.

Clearly: Pool & Hot Tub Care

A pool and hot tub water care app.

What stays on your phone

Clearly does not require an account. Your pools, test results, chemical settings and reminders are stored only on your device. We do not collect them.

Photo diagnosis (optional)

If you use Diagnose water, the photo you choose and the optional note you type are sent over an encrypted connection to our server (api.puladlabs.com) and from there to Anthropic's Claude, which writes the answer. We use them only to produce that answer.

• We do not store the photo or the note after the answer is returned.
• Anthropic processes the request as our service provider. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, this data is not used to train its models.
• To limit abuse we keep a random install identifier (not linked to your name, email or device identifiers) and your IP address in a daily counter that resets every day.
• The feature is optional. If you never use it, no photo leaves your phone. The app asks for your agreement before the first photo is sent.

Please do not photograph people. Pictures should show pool or hot tub water and equipment only.

Notifications

Test reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No server is involved.

Purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes all data stored on your phone. You can also delete individual tests and pools inside the app. We hold no photos or personal data on our servers.

Children

Clearly is not directed at children under 13.

Rayyan: Prayer Times & Qibla

A free prayer-times and qibla-direction app.

What we collect

• Location: your device location (GPS) or a city you select manually, used solely to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction.
• Preferences: your city, calculation method, language, theme and notification settings are stored only on your device.

Services the app talks to

• Location is sent to the Aladhan API (api.aladhan.com) to compute prayer times.
• City search uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org).
• The qibla map loads OpenStreetMap map tiles.

What we don't do

• We operate no servers for Rayyan and do not store your data on our systems.
• The app contains no ads, analytics or tracking, and no account is required.
• Prayer-time notifications are generated locally on your device.

Children

Rayyan is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

BlockFit: Rotate Block Puzzle

A block puzzle game.

What we collect

• Game data: high scores, settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
• Advertising: Google AdMob shows ads and may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads.
• Crash reports: Sentry receives technical crash information such as device model, operating system, app version and error details.
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage events and an app-instance identifier, to improve the game.
• Google Play Games: if you sign in, your display name and profile photo may appear on leaderboards. This data is managed by Google.
• Purchases: processed by Google Play. We keep only your purchase status (for example, whether ads were removed).

Your choices

• Reset game data by clearing app data or reinstalling.
• Manage ad personalization in the game under Ad preferences and in your Android settings.
• Sign out of Google Play Games at any time.
• Restore purchases on any device with the same Google account.

Children

BlockFit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

ChatProof: Chat Export to PDF

An app that turns exported chats into PDF documents.

What stays on your phone

ChatProof does not require an account. The chat exports you open and the PDFs it creates are processed only on your device. We never receive your messages, photos or files.

Files you choose

The app reads only the files you pick or share to it (a WhatsApp export .zip or .txt). Temporary copies and generated PDFs are kept in the app's private storage until you delete them, the system clears them, or the app removes them after 7 days. When you share a PDF, it goes to the app you choose (for example e-mail or a cloud drive) under that app's own terms.

No analytics, no ads

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software, and it does not contact our servers.

What the PDF does and does not prove

The PDF reproduces the export file exactly as it was provided and lists checksums of the export and of attachments so changes can be detected. It does not certify that messages are authentic. Keep the original phone and export file unchanged and ask your lawyer how your court handles electronic messages. ChatProof is not legal advice and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. A record of which exports you unlocked is stored only on your device.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes everything it stored on your phone. We hold no copy.
